Paul J. Mullaney

Mr. Mullaney is a managing director for AB CarVal’s North American Real Estate business. He is responsible for managing commercial real estate loan assets in North America. Prior to joining AB CarVal, Mr. Mullaney was an investment manager in Cargill’s Structured Finance Group. Before joining Cargill in 1987, Mr. Mullaney was a senior auditor for Coopers & Lybrand in Minneapolis, running audits on pension plans, real estate and insurance companies. Mr. Mullaney received his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and his B.A. in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Mullaney is a CFA Charterholder.
