Scott Greenfield

Mr. Greenfield is a managing director for AB CarVal, responsible for managing commercial real estate loan and securities investments in North America. Prior to joining AB CarVal, Mr. Greenfield was with Angelo Gordon, where he was a managing director in the real estate debt group. While at Angelo Gordon, Mr. Greenfield was responsible for the origination and asset management of the firm’s commercial real estate loan investments and focused on the trading and surveillance of the group’s CMBS portfolio. Before joining Angelo Gordon, Mr. Greenfield was at Caxton Associates, where he was responsible for CMBS and REIT equity strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Greenfield held commercial real estate loan positions at Guggenheim Partners and Credit Suisse. Mr. Greenfield holds a B.B.A. degree from The George Washington University.
