Todd Abram

Mr. Abram is a managing director for AB CarVal, responsible for structuring AB CarVal-managed collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) alongside managing investments in CLOs, commercial mortgage-backed securities and other asset-backed securities. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2005, Mr. Abram managed the alternative investment portfolio of a Chicago-based family office. Mr. Abram began his career as an investment banking analyst with Houlihan Lokey. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois. Mr. Abram served as an infantry Marine and as a reservist in the U.S. Army National Guard.
